Took new car, (only a few weeks old), in to have a tire replaced, (not any fault of the tire, ran over sharp object). The tire was damaged beyond repair. After researching the 2014 Tundra for several months I could tell immediately that Michael knew more about the new truck than any other sales agent I conversed with out of several dealerships in the northwest. I was nervous about buying a car that I hadn't seen before but when I got to the dealership they had ordered in a special truck and it was exactly what I wanted and their no haggle pricing beat all other prices for the 2014 Tundra, which made the sales process very easy. This car purchase was painless and I highly recommend this dealership. More
