What a great experience! I had planned on visiting Wilsonville Toyota first in my search for a new/used car. An aquaintance directed me elsewhere. I'm glad I had the opportunity to be able to see what various dealers were like, because... Wilsonville Toyota was "miles" above all the rest. From the moment I walked in, Colin listened to my needs and lifestyle. Found the perfect car for me in a short amt of time. He didn't try to change my mind or throw ideas my way to confuse me. No hassle. No 4 hour haggling. No pressure. I LOVED this!!! This was truely the best experience I've ever had. In, out, bought a car, maybe within an hour, if that. So refreshing from the other places. Colin looked over the car, made sure it was in perfect condition before I drove it off the lot. I'd recommend this dealership (and Colin) to anyone without any hesitation. Even to my 83 yr old Mom, because I know they can be trusted. That means alot. THANK YOU!! So much! Sabrina More
This is the third car I have bought from Wilsonville Toyota and the process gets better every time I go through it. Greg listend to what we wanted, directed us to the cars we wanted, and let us look Toyota and the process gets better every time I go through it. Greg listend to what we wanted, directed us to the cars we wanted, and let us look rather than guiding us to a vehicle that he wanted to sell to us. We then only spent about two hours going through the rest of the buying process. We walked out with the car we wanted for an incredible price that was affordable and reasonable. I will continue to buy and get my cars service at Wilsonville Toyota. Thanks to Greg and the Wilsonville Toyota staff. More

My first visit was to a traditional dealership (Lithia Toyota in Medford) where I was very disappointed with an initial salesman that didn't understand the vehicle options, a second salesman that claimed Toyota in Medford) where I was very disappointed with an initial salesman that didn't understand the vehicle options, a second salesman that claimed not to know about Toyota's cash incentives and a sales manager who claimed my offer was way too low and he needed MSRP to make a reasonable profit. Went on line to Wilsonville and found the car that I wanted with an Internet price more than $1200 less than my offer to Lithia (and roughly $4000 less than Lithia wanted me to pay). Drove there the next day and met with Rochelle who was very professional, knowledgable and personable. Bought the car for the advertised price and was out the door with the car in 2 hours. What a great way to buy a car - highly recommend the dealership and Rochelle! P.S. Impressed by follow-up phone calls to make sure things were OK. More
The dealership called and asked if I was interested in selling my 2008 RAV4, and I said no. I didn't see any way a new car would be better than my existing car, but Savannah persuaded me to hear the spec selling my 2008 RAV4, and I said no. I didn't see any way a new car would be better than my existing car, but Savannah persuaded me to hear the specials, and I agreed to come in. Jason was helpful, knowledgable, and tolerant of my skepticism. He's also very funny. I left with a new car, which astonishes me by being better than my old car. And I'm happy about it. It's the only pleasant, positive experience I've ever had a dealership. I already know they have a great service department, and now I can recommend Jason and the sales people too. More
Rochelle was very nice and helpful, she made sure that all our questions we answered. She made sure that we saw all the cars that we were interested in to be able to make a positive decision and that we all our questions we answered. She made sure that we saw all the cars that we were interested in to be able to make a positive decision and that we were sure what car we wanted, It was very cold and she took her time, we never felt rushed. Originally I just wanted to look at what was available, we didn't bring any money with us and the office manager came down and helped us figure out a solution. I apologize that I can't remember her name, she was very helpful. Thank you, Leo and Jessie More

I went in just wanting to see the new RAV-4 model. I got some pricing information from one of the salesmen who was very nice and helpful. He went to print some paper work for us because I didn't like the va some pricing information from one of the salesmen who was very nice and helpful. He went to print some paper work for us because I didn't like the value that they estimated for my trade since we had gotten a higher estimate from Mazda. When he returned with the paperwork he printed he also had his manager Josh with him. Josh sat down and explained that they don't negotiate with numbers but they do have some Toyota incentives that might work for us. He asked if it had been less than two years since I graduated from college and I said no and he asked my husband and he had just finished further schooling after his BA a year and a half ago. He was not planning on signing on the loan with me and he ended up talking us into a deal since the incentive would make up for the missing value estimated for my trade. We asked several times what all was need for the college grad rebate and they kept saying just a copy of the diploma. So we said we would fax the diploma that night but the weird thing was that they had us sign a contract with the rebate and another contract without the rebate. We left that evening in my new car very excited. That excitement ended a few days later when I got a call from the finance gal asking me if anyone had contacted me about the rebate and I said no. She continued to tell me that the rebate is only good on short term loans and our loan term is longer so it was rejected by Toyota. So she told me that my option was to shorten my loan term to get the rebate or to just not have the rebate at all. I said that if I knew that it was only for the shorter term then I wouldn't have signed the papers and the manager shouldn't have suggested that we do a longer term loan along with the college grad rebate with my husband on the loan. I felt like this was not my problem to solve so I told her to talk to Josh and have him call me. We'll josh said that there isn't anything that they can do and they don't want to take the car back but they will "to make us happy." So I said I'd talk to my husband and call him back but we'll probably end up bringing the car back. I talked to my husband who was irritated with the situation and said we'll take it back and go to another Toyota dealership close to home. We live in Vancouver Washington so the wilsonville is over an hour away and it was a Friday evening during rush hour which only made matters worse. Josh called back and said that he thought he had a solution even though they had another contract that we had signed without the rebate and I thought it was going to be them eating the rebate as a dealership but no instead of financing through Toyota with a 1.9 interest rate he got me a deal with Capitol one that was 1.2 interest rate so the payment would be a couple dollars more than before. I was so frustrated but said fine and he said we would have to come down and sign papers that evening. My husband works 12 hour shifts at the hospital so I had to head down to Portland and pick him up and drive down once again to wilsonville. In our phone conversation after I had said that we will probably just bring it back if they couldn't figure anything out and Josh made the comment that they do have the contract that we had signed with out the rebate. It seemed like he was trying to make me feel cornered. We have our car and I love it but that whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like they should have owned their mistake instead of making false threats and giving me the run around. Their slogan is "no bull" but that is the opposite of how it was handled. I will never go back and I will tell people to go to other Toyota dealerships in the future. They are awful. More

I have heard nothing but good things about Toyota, this being my first Toyota, I was glad to get that input. Andrew was very pleasant to work with. Everyone was very friendly, whether they were helping m being my first Toyota, I was glad to get that input. Andrew was very pleasant to work with. Everyone was very friendly, whether they were helping me or not. The items that I purchased to have installed, roll top cover, wiring for the hitch, and floor mats. happened as quickly as they said it would. It was ready for me to pick up right when they said I could. I totally liked it that I didn't have to haggle over the price, that can be exhausting. I had a great overall experience!
