Thankfully the buying process didn't take hours! In fact, the longest part of the process was the multiple test drives I needed to take to make my decision. Paperwork was relatively painless :-) Rob is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was efficient, friendly and Customer Service is his #1 priority: bought the car Wed. tire pressure warning light came on Sunday. Called Rob and asked him what I could do...Les Schwab was closed. He told me to come to the dealership and he would personally take care of it. Dressed in his nice work clothes he and another employee (I think Russ) changed my tire to the spare. We were going to buy a certified used corolla but he told us about the 0% APR and we ended up with a brand new car. My morning commute just got much better and no more bus for the wife.
