It took me a long time to decide what I wanted to buy and I kept coming back to the delearship to look again and to test drive the cars... I never felt "rushed" by Brad. He took time to get to know me and my situation, what I was looking for and to answer each and every question I had with professionalism and a friendly spirit. I appreciated how he responsive he was to my needs and I felt like he really "cared" about me. This was the first time that I had such an experience with a car dealership (AND I VISITED A LOT OF THEM LOOKING FOR "MY" CAR!). Anyway, I think Brad should be complimented for the way he deals with people, the focus on "service" he provides, and the infectious friendly spirit he has that spreads to those around him. As I looked around, I couldn't find another dealer that would give me a better price and I feel lucky to have been searching during the 0% financing time, which will help me a lot.
