I have had the good fortune of buying three cars from Wilsonville Toyota in the last 18 months. Everyone was honest and upfront with me and there were no surprises. Last summer, my girl friend and I both bought a new vehicle using the Cash for Clunkers program. I got mine from Wilsonville Toyota while my girl friend got hers from Beaverton Honda. The difference between the two dealerships was night and day. The Honda dealership and buying experience was a the complete opposite from what I found at Wilsonville. I could never recommend them to anyone. Unique sales experience compared to other car dealers I went to. They gave me the best trade offer of the other 3 dealers I went to within 5 minutes of looking at my trade. Other dealers tried to low ball me to see if I was really that stupid, insulted me, etc. The price was also very good - about $500 over invoice, and no BS second sticker with "additional dealer markup"! Why do dealers do that anyway? Do they really think the manufacturer list price is not high enough??? The dealership facility is sqeaky clean and modern and EVERYBODY there was friendly and helpful. He understood that my wife had to get to work and offered to make a 30 minute drive to get the remaining papers signed. Rob exceeded our expectations. Lastly, with all the Toyotas that I've purchased in the past... Rob is the ONLY one that has called me to follow up on my purchase. He wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything. In this conversation I mentioned that we did not receive the spare key that we were promised. Rob recalled that conversation and followed through by making the key available the very next day.
