We had visited several other dealers (not all Toyota) in comparison shopping. This purchase took three visits to convince us that this was the right place and the right car. Brad was helpful, nice and inf comparison shopping. This purchase took three visits to convince us that this was the right place and the right car. Brad was helpful, nice and informative at all of our visits. He answered all of our questions. After being "stuck" in a room without our car keys at another dealership, we really appreciated the one salesman method that Wilsonville Toyota uses. This made it much less stressful and when we left we were happy. It wasn't one of those "let's please get out of here" purchases. We will definitely recommend Wilsonville Toyota to our friends. More

While enroute from British Columbia to Los Angeles one evening in February, I struck a wayward truck canopy on the I5. I rolled my damaged Mazda into (the back door) of the Wilsonville Toyota service depa evening in February, I struck a wayward truck canopy on the I5. I rolled my damaged Mazda into (the back door) of the Wilsonville Toyota service department early the next morning. Chuck Boyer came out and met me. Despite arriving with no appointment, my car was instantly in the shop being examined. In no time the damage was assessed and steps taken to have the car made roadworthy as quickly as possible. Chuck also made sure I was looked after during the repair period. When I left the service department later that afternoon, I had no doubt my car was mechanically sound and safe, and had been well repaired. Chuck, without my asking, had even been liaising with my insurance agent. This experience was a wonderful demonstration of excellent customer service, spearheaded by Chuck Boyer. It made what could have been a very bad day much easier. Thank you Chuck, and Wilsonville Toyota. More

What a GREAT experience we had buying our Rav 4! We were in the market for a new Toyota,went to a dealership in Vancouver. Decided to try Wilsonville, so happy we did. The salesman we dealt with did not show us anything we did not want to look at. Found the car, it was a real good deal and the salesman was not pushy at all. Really pleased with the service, our salesman was with us from the time we walked on the lot, until we drove the new 2010 Corolla off the lot later that night. This is one of the best car buying experiences we have had. So much so we recommended a friend to go over there, he also bought a new Toyota 10 days later. If we are ever in the market for another new vehicle, we will most certainly go back to Wilsonville. More

I just would like to thank the owner of Wilsonville toyota for hiring salespeople like Nick Nystrom ,with my long hours at work I was not able to drive to wilsonville from our home in Vanc. until after toyota for hiring salespeople like Nick Nystrom ,with my long hours at work I was not able to drive to wilsonville from our home in Vanc. until after his day had ended but Nick told me that he would wait until I got there so he could meet me and he assured me not to be in no hurry and drive safely. I cannot say enough good things about this man. Nick is the neighbor that you wish we all had ;)I'm sure that if a mans character is the example for others to follow Nick has already been blessed. My family has purchased 3 new cars in as many years from Wilsonville Toyota and I am sure that there is plenty more to come. As our lifes have been affected by the rising cost of fuel our latest purchase was a new fully loaded prius and we could not be happier with our decision. Even friends and neighbors that we have love all of the options and the comfortable ride. I never thought that a prius would be for me after hotrods , sports cars , trucks , etc. So in closing and as not to get to long winded , remember this is being posted by a simple man who believes in faith , family and hard work. I have purchased many cars at several different car dealerships around the Portland Metro area. This dealer is by far the most honest, no-bull that I have ever dealt with. They were up front with their price and the price of my trade and we didn't have to do any sort of back and forth. Don was with us the entire time and I never had to deal with anyone else. Even after I left the lot he has been very helpful in any other things that I have needed. I will definately recommend this dealer to others and I will for sure so business with them in the future! My husband is terminal cancer and we needed help with making two cars into one. These gentleman worked a fantistic deal. They treated us like friends, you could even say family. Most of our dealing was between email or over the phone. We live in Salem and not able to run to Wilsonville and back, plus our going anywhere depended on how my husband felt day by day. I worked mostly with Jake and he is wonderful. Met Scott when we went to pick up the car, poor guy had to ride to Salem in he snow to pick up the other car, but we got to know him a little more. Overall our experience, again, was A+++++++++. I have recommended several people to Wilsonville - if they showed up I do not know. If I ever need help with my car, I know that both Jake and Scott will be there to help. More
