We were unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident where our car was rear ended and declared a 'total'. The decision to visit Wilsonville Toyota was because of its convenient proximity and knowing the wonderful reputation of Toyota cars(both our sons own Tacomas and one in particular has owned a Corona and a couple of Corollas).We've never been a Toyota owner ourselves and considered ourselves Honda believers...but change is good and we were willing to give this particular brand a try. Our customer advocate, Daniel Strajna, was super to work with from the start. He was a good listener(bent a sympathetic ear as to why we were car hunting), listened to what we were interested in and willing to show us whatever car we desired to look at and test drive, and answering questions we threw at him. He just displayed a genuine 'niceness' about him. He wasn't pushy unlike previous car dealers we've encountered in the past. You know the kind! Our first visit with Daniel we weren't quite ready to purchase. We hadn't received settlement with insurance yet then Daniel had to go out of town but not before giving us his card with the names of two other associates whom he unselfishly recommended we could deal with while he was away. The insurance settled up and we were lucky to find out that Daniel returned from his trip as well. We found a couple of cars we were interested in and he graciously pulled them from the lot to allow us to do some comparisons between the two then took the back seat and had us test drive each one while answering questions as they came up. We decided on a beautiful Corolla at the NO BULL price!(Wilsonville Toyota does not play games with pricing!!!) Daniel(and only Daniel) did the paperwork with us and we completed it in no time. Before taking the car home, Daniel got our car ready for us. He personally put on the license plates and took us on a tour of the car so we knew the function of all the knobs and gizmos and answered any questions we had. He also took us through the dealership, in particular the service department. It just gave us a good feel of the facility and the personnel as well. We've had the car for a week now and just love it! For those of you reading this review, definitely give Wilsonville Toyota a try...and ask for Daniel! He's great to work with! More
The car lot was true to their add which says they show one price and it is the lowest price available. We shopped the area and found no other dealership who would match their price. This dealership was fantastic! I spoke with our sales person over the phone before making the trip to the dealership. I am a second time purchaser at Wilsonville Toyota and had even convinced my dad and brother to buy their trucks at Wilsonville Toyota too. I came in looking to see what it would cost to trade-in my 2008 Yaris 4dr sedan for a 2010 Yaris 5dr hatchback. Nick Nystrom was fantastic and really helped me make a great decision. I am really glad that after I had said "no" to Gap coverage, he came back and was like "I really think that the coverage is a good idea, let's talk more about it." I ended up getting the coverage and am really glad that I did and was glad that he went over it so well with me. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone I knew that was looking for a car. I really didn't have my mind set on a new car when I went there because I wasn't sure. But, since my questions about how trade-ins work and about the deals Toyota was running were answered and everything was laid out for me really clearly, I felt very confident making the decision right there to go ahead and go for it. The sales person (Erik) ensured we were comfortable with the car's instruments and operation before we left the premises. The owner of the dealership came by and greeted us during the visit. We had met him before on a dark rainy night when he stayed past closing to show us the newest Prius model. Dave Jachter is a class act. More

He found in the glove compartment our Prius book; and inside the contract for the extended warranty. He looked at it and told us how we should turn that in for a refund. The refund was over 1200. dollars. He even called for us and got the number and name of the person we needed to see in Salem. so we were able to get that taken care of that very day and in just a little while the refund came. We never would have remembered to do this on our own. Also we wanted him to include a mat in the trunk. He was very willing to cooperate with us; even to the extent of buying the mat himself. He was very friendly and helpful all in all. More

Eric went way out of his way to get us the vehicle we wanted - he even drove a trailer to Walla Walla to pick the vehicle up - and yet HE THANKED US. A few weeks after the purchase, when our license plates didn't come in on time from the Washington DMV, Wilsonville Toyota helped us out. We owe Wilsonville Toyota a huge "Thank You!" for being the kind of business that they are. We appreciate their "NO Bull" pricing policies and felt that they were fair in what they offered for our trade-in. Their customer service is top notch. I visited Wilsonville Toyota as a repeat customer. We bought a Tundra in 2008 and had the greatest experience ever. I originally believed that I wanted an FJ, but decided I didn't like it as well as I h bought a Tundra in 2008 and had the greatest experience ever. I originally believed that I wanted an FJ, but decided I didn't like it as well as I had before when I test drove one. I needed more space and a more passenger friendly vehicle. Rob suggested the 4 Runner and offered a test drive (at closing time!). I really felt that he was listening to what I was descibing and made a perfect match. Although I was unable to find the exact one that I wanted/needed (third-row seating) I felt that it was very important to let people know that although I was unable to purchase a vehicle this time from Wilsonville Toyota because of Rob I would return and buy another vehicle in a heart-beat!! He made the experience, I really felt that he was advocating for me, the customer and it really showed in the end. He is one of a kind and I would encourage anyone to visit him.
