Oil change, 50,000 mi inspection, 2 filter changes, car wash Friendly, easy to understand explanations by staff. Service completed in a reasonable time frame. Waiting area comfortable, however the chairs are a little too low. This makes them more difficult for us older folks to get up from and the stools are a little too high for older generation as well. Cost of oil change and air filter and cabin filter costs seemed to be higher that I would of expected. I probably will use my mechanic in Boring the next time these items need servicing. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that talked to me about my service. More

Excellent Customer Experience and Friendly Recently had a strut shear off while driving on a Sunday afternoon. Car was towed into Wilsonville Toyota and they had me in a loaner within minutes. Monday they called and explained what they had found and ordered the parts. Fixed CV boots on front as well as replaced struts. Tuesday the car was done. I am very disappointed I went in to get seviced was told I had to pay for it when I was told over phone it was no charge. They took care of that. Than they told me I need new front tires, I said my truck is a 2013 with 17790 miles on it how could that happen. They said not sure. They told me the alignment was good and I told them I'm not buying any new tires for a 17790 mile truck. Than I went to the manager and asked to see what he could do he said they could do nothing for the tires. But they could buy back the truck. I said I'll have to see. Than I came back and said let's make a deal. I said my wife has a car we bought from u and I'll give back my truck you pay off the car (3200) that's what we owed left and I'll get another truck but they said will roll that into your next truck like it's paid off. I said no and walked out. More
