I have been going to Wilsonville Toyota for about 6 years now to have my cars serviced even though I live about 45 minutes away. I choose this specific dealership for the fantastic play room for my young chi now to have my cars serviced even though I live about 45 minutes away. I also love the friendly atmosphere. Everyone there always had a smile on their face as if they love coming to work everyday. It means a lot to me to do business with a company that treats their employees well as much as their customers. More
Took new car, (only a few weeks old), in to have a tire replaced, (not any fault of the tire, ran over sharp object). The tire was damaged beyond repair. This is such a great team. I was handed off a couple of times, I think there were some mistakes made. Then Ronnie Patterson was "chosen" to talk to me about a car. I had talked with Josh and Rochelle ver times, I think there were some mistakes made. Then Ronnie Patterson was "chosen" to talk to me about a car. I had talked with Josh and Rochelle very briefly, but due to a scheduling conflict, Ronnie was asked to present who you were to a somewhat wary social worker. he was the epitome of professionalism. He listened, suggested appropriately. offered a alternative to my 980000 prius, and Josh was the person who Ok'd the trade in. I believe that I was offered a sincere and appropriate alternative to servicing and leaving with my prius. Ali was also a person who called me a couple of times and helped to answer questions throughout the sale. I left with a 2013 prius plug in with 5 miles on it. Thank you Willsonville Toyota, and specifically the crack team that you have assembled to help us make those difficult and expensive choices in a new car. Again my hat specifically goes of the Ronnie. I would work with any of the aforementioned, but specifically, I believe that Ronnie spoke to me about MY needs and explained leasing. I even did that! Uneducated and unprofessional service team! Got a letter Uneducated and unprofessional service team! Got a letter from Corporate Toyota my 2010 Prius Brake Booster recall. I called my local Toyota dealer W Uneducated and unprofessional service team! Got a letter from Corporate Toyota my 2010 Prius Brake Booster recall. I called my local Toyota dealer Wilsonville Toyota and they scheduled the service for me. The car would need to be with them for a day, and they said no loner car is available. I come on the scheduled day for this service to be done, and they tell me “we are so sorry but we do not have the parts for this recall, we will call you when we will have it.” I wasted my time and gas. A week and a half go by, I hear nothing! I call them 2 weeks later. At that point I am told sure bring the car and we will inspect it first. I told them that I already came before and you guys sent me back because you had no parts, so I asked why the story changed, and the response was “well I am doing my job right, but the other guy that sent you back does not know what he is doing”. After 5 minute of back and forth finger pointing, I told them that I will take my business somewhere else, and the shocking thing is the service representative at this Wilsonville Toyota dealership says “Go ahead, please do take your business somewhere else” I called Broadway Toyota in Portland OR and in 2 minutes, I had an appointment made for the service and they have the parts in stock, and they have a loaner car. More
I have an Avalon 2008. All of the service work has been done at Wilsonville Toyota. We came to Wilsonville Toyota because we did not want the usual run around in the buying process that we have had to deal with in the Bend Toyota dealership. As a matter of fact the Bend dealership flat out usual run around in the buying process that we have had to deal with in the Bend Toyota dealership. As a matter of fact the Bend dealership flat out lied to us. But to start with in Wilsonville we worked with Dallas Graham and he was over the top in making sure our buying experience went smoothly and expeditiously since we were from out of town. We had to return because a few add on parts were not in stock and again these folks knocked themselves out getting our FJ checked in,providing us with a very nice new Prius loaner car, and getting our work done in a timely manner. I would call the entire car buying and service experience the best I have ever had. And I have bought at least 10 to 15 cars from dealers so that is saying something. They have a convenient location and a state of the art building and customer lounge. Toyotas are known for quality and longevity so we probably wont be back for awhile but when the time comes Wilsonville Toyota Scion will be the place. More
Today's experience was EXCELLENT!!! My salesman was Greg McMilin and he was awesome to work with very friendly and not pushy made today a great day. I watched other people and their interactions with their sales person and no one acted like they were having fun or excited! I had fun and laughed during my sales experience! I'm in sales also and if I owned a business that needed salesman I would hire Greg in a minute. When I need a new car or someone I know needs one I will recommend Greg in a heartbeat! When I asked him if he would put his wife and kids in the car I bought and he responded absolutely and seemed genuine I felt I made a good choice! Thanks again Greg More
