Met my expectations It was time again for my semi-annual oil change for my 2011 Mustang Convertible. I called about 4 or 5 days before and they could accommodate me first It was time again for my semi-annual oil change for my 2011 Mustang Convertible. I called about 4 or 5 days before and they could accommodate me first thing in a Monday morning. I always get "The Works" service which provides the oil change, multi-point inspection, topping off fluids, rotating tires (I decline this as I do this at a tire retailer as part of that service agreement), and they set my tire pressures. The waiting room has flat screen TV, hot coffee, cold water, reading materials and men's & ladies' rooms. They may have Wi-Fi but not sure. Service guys John and Henry will get you started and they will have your car looking clean after a nice wash and parked right where you dropped it off in front of the service desk. No hidden agenda like in some older reviews. I trust that Windward Ford appreciates my business and I trust them to do everything they state the service item provides. I recommend Windward Ford for your Ford service needs! More

Great and easy way of buying a vehicle I bought another car and it was the best experience so far at a dealership. The only thing was that when I said yes to trying to get another place to I bought another car and it was the best experience so far at a dealership. The only thing was that when I said yes to trying to get another place to finance even though I already was set with my bank they sent my info to about 4 different places and it hit my credit score. I should’ve known that at first but it cought me off guard. Other than that I would recommend this place, the staff and the management where great people! Loved it. They scheduled me to even fix some stuff on the car, the front hood and the backup camera. That right there shows a lot of value for a customer! More
