Fast, Efficient Service on AirBag recall! The service manager ordered my part ahead of time, he notified me when the part came in and asked what would be a convenient time for my appointment. Install 4 new tires and change oil Was informed that with no appointment it would take a minimum of4 to 6 hours to change oil and replace tires if available, made appointment to bring c Was informed that with no appointment it would take a minimum of4 to 6 hours to change oil and replace tires if available, made appointment to bring car in several days later and informed again that it would take to after lunch to complete due to wait time etc. although they called me in 3 hours to say car is complete. I could have gone to the Goodyear dealership a half mile from my home to get the tires changed and oil changed at a cheaper price but due to loyalty used Ford but am disappointed that respondes were not direct and straight. More

Update: Check carfax don’t rely on their report UPDATE: These guys showed me an experian auto check report that didn’t report all details of the car I bought. My fault for not checking carfax, but UPDATE: These guys showed me an experian auto check report that didn’t report all details of the car I bought. My fault for not checking carfax, but carfax reported a lot more history and four owners than the 1 owner that was reported by autocheck. So please be aware, these guys might try to hide unfavorable history on a car with auto check versus car fax. Always ask for a car fax. What a easy and positive experience!!! From my first contact online to walking out the door with the keys...it was great--no complaints. Ken was very professional throughout the entire process and worked hard to get me the best deal. Don worked my financing paperwork and he was very thorough with the warranties and options.
