Did the work as expected Items were fixed as wanted. Only draw back was I wanted to be notified when the service was done, so I could have my ride drop me off. Kept me informed I brought a newly bought used Ford with a significant problem. Was pleased that the service person (John) did the research that showed the problem wa I brought a newly bought used Ford with a significant problem. Was pleased that the service person (John) did the research that showed the problem was covered by warranty and made room in the schedule to have it checked out, though that was not what I scheduled on-line. They took care of the problem over the next few days and kept me informed all along the way. My only frustration was when I came by to check on the car or when I picked it up, if John was not there, no one else at the Service desk was able to get any information for me. More
