I've bought several cars over the years, and unfortunately, my recent experience at Winn Volkswagen was one of the worst. I was promised a quote match over the phone from a Salesperson (Zachary unfortunately, my recent experience at Winn Volkswagen was one of the worst. I was promised a quote match over the phone from a Salesperson (Zachary Gluzman). He even said they can beat my quote and that his manager will make it happen. He said Winn Volkswagen is a professional and very aggressive dealership and that they don't want to waste my time and play any games. He scheduled an appointment for me for the next day. He texted me three times to confirm my appointment. I took time off from work to buy a car. First of all, he never showed up, but a Product Specialist (Josh Santos) showed me the car. He was very professional and knowledgeable. However, when the time came to finalize the deal, a Sales Manager (Gene Gant) backed out and said that he absolutely can't match it. I showed the quote from McKenna Volkswagen to a General Manager (Michelle McEvoy). She apologized, spoke to the Owner (Danny Nguyen) and they still couldn't honor a commitment. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic, and it's unacceptable. The sales staff seemed far more interested in upselling than being honest or honoring their word. Shady tactics and dishonest sales. I left feeling frustrated, misled, and like my time had been completely wasted. It's not representative of a great Volkswagen brand and I thought I would never buy Volkswagen. However, when I called McKenna again, they matched the quote to the dot and I ended up buying a car. Thank you, McKenna team, for the exceptional service. From our first conversation to the final handshake, your professionalism, honesty, and dedication made the entire process stress-free. If you value transparency, integrity, and respect for your time, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that treat customers honestly - sadly, this is not one of them. More

I took my 2022 Jetta in for my 30,000 mile maintenance. While I was waiting I went to see the Sales Manager, Ash since my lease is up in August, I asked him to recommend a salesman for me. A gentleman by the name of Paulo came over and he was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! This was a breath of fresh air for me since my previous dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Paulo got me into a new lease 2025 Jetta SEL with no down payment. He made everything so easy and stress free. If you need service on your vehicle please see Jade he is so kind and knowledgeable and if you want to buy a new vehicle please see Paulo. Ash the sales manager is great, I felt very comfortable speaking with him. Let me sum this up--Winn Volkswagen is a Win Win they treat you like family. Don't waste your time going anywhere else this will be your first and only stop. Thank you, Paulo,Ash,Jade and Sergio in finance for making my experience so stress free!!!!! More
A year later and I'm disappointed to have to update this review. Went in for service. The surface advisor told us to come back in an hour. We gave them an extra 40 minutes came back an hour and 40 minutes later and they said to wait 10 minutes and the wait wasn't just an additional 10 minutes. It was an additional hour beyond that. When making the appointment we let them know we'd like the car appraised. That was also going to be another hour to wait for the appraiser to come in which was a disappointment because I really wanted to trade-in that day and upgrade. They also arranged financing on my car with Volkswagen finance. I wanted to pay cash, but they insisted I financed just a little bit of the car so that they could get something out of it and then they'd give me a slightly better price. I should never have agreed to that. That better price was not worth a headache. I'm going through now. I paid the car off within three months and never received the title. When I called Volkswagen finance they said they weren't the lienholder. They said someone else was the lienholder. Apparently the dealership failed to include the correct lienholder on the DMV paperwork and listed a completely different bank as the lienholder - JP Morgan Chase. I called the dealership to see if they could help to fix this, but nobody was available for a couple of hours. I left my number but nobody ever returned my call. So I had to take care of this myself I hunted down a number and I called JP Chase Morgan, and they were so helpful and took care of it for me. I'm going to be trading in my vehicle as soon as I get my title, but I will not be going to this dealership. They are great at selling you a car but that's where the great ends. Too much waiting and too many mistakes. Now I have to wait to get this title issue resolved before I can even get a new car. More

Took my car on time per appointment. In & out in ~1 hour (10K service) on a busy day, which is appreciated since I stayed at the dealership. "Advisor" (Rodrigo A.) is professional and courteous - even look (10K service) on a busy day, which is appreciated since I stayed at the dealership.
