Typically, leasing a vehicle is one of the most dreaded experiences I have to go through every few years. Between test driving the cars and negotiating prices, it's never fun. Typically , by the time I get my car I'm just relieved that the experience is over with. However, after being at a certain dealership for 10 years, I decided to switch over to VW Winn in Woodland Hills. From the second I walked in to the dealership, I noticed that the sales people were friendly and did not aggressively try to up sell me on a car I can't afford. I had the pleasure of having Kenny as the salesperson who assisted me with my new lease and I honestly had one of the best experiences I've ever had . I have to express my sincere gratitude to the amazing Kenny!! Kenny , had so much patience while I test drove 3-4 cars and when I finally decided on the right car , he went above and beyond to transfer me the 2021 VW atlas cross sport in just the right color. Kenny is kind, trustworthy, patient and flexible! He did everything possible to make sure that I was happy and felt secure in my decision.
