Right now, pretty disappointed. Had a lease turn in and was told that the salesman, Sam, was authorized to do these. Received early termination invoice from VW credit (after the car had been back at the dealer for 6 months) for $1322 for a bunch of damage. The car did not have damage when I left it there. Now, on my 2nd GM, John Nguyen, who is not good a returning phone calls and I'm not real convinced he's looked at this as of today. Does ANYONE have an email address for Bob Lewis? Called the dealer and the one they gave me isn't any good. Really disappointed. Have recommended them. John Phelan is great in service though. More

I asked for a wheel alignment IF one was needed.
