Going into Winner I was very discourage, and thinking the worst. I was tired of my 05' Toyota and was ready to upgrade into something bigger and better. They worked with me through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable through it all! James explained everything step by step, making sure I understood everything! I really didn't want a car payment unless it was in a certain "payment range" I discuss car and the only reason I kept it is because it was paid off. After a few back and forth moments with his bosses he comes to me and says "your going to be happy" and sure enough I was. I qualified for the first time car buyer program even though my credit was less than perfect and was still able to get a great car at a great price! I was impressed with his prompt service and attention to detail he provided us. We gave Noel and ideal of what we were looking for and his car knowledge and customer service skills quickly kicked in. I was impressed with his ability to make my sister feel comfortable and she is not easily swayed. To quantify our experience, I would like to say Noel is an asset to your company and a fine representation of what is a car salesman should be. My sister never felt pressured and I allowed the final decision to be hers. Since I would be paying some if it, I wanted my input included.
