Quality Work, Prompt Scheduling & Inexpensive Bill! A+ Dealership Quality Work, at Small Shop Prices. They gave me the option of ordering GM Parts, 3rd Party Parts or NAPA Parts. The NAPA Parts were cheape Dealership Quality Work, at Small Shop Prices. They gave me the option of ordering GM Parts, 3rd Party Parts or NAPA Parts. The NAPA Parts were cheaper than GM Parts and many of the 3rd party were cheaper than the NAPA, but as a NAPA Certified shop, you get a really good Warranty on the parts and labor on many jobs. My scheduled time was 9am and the job was supposed to take 2 hours. They offered me a shuttle if I wanted to go somewhere, but I chose to wait in the lounge (Yeah for Free WiFi!). I dropped off at 9:15am, and they were able to get it done by 11:30am, and they included a quick inspection that found an fixed couple vacuum leaks that were causing a rough idle, and my rear tires will need to be changed in about 5,000 miles. They treated me and my car with care and attention that was equal to the Chevy Dealership I used to go to, But I save alot of cash. I'll be back again! Thanks to the Advisor, Angie! More

Still waiting for a console that should have come with the car in August. received a $15.00 gas card but referrals get $100 and i had to wait and file a complaint to get that. Must have forgotten i filed a complaint with the BBB. no credit, bad credit - some things you just don't need to put up with. Even the promises to make it right fell flat. More
