The facility was attractive, clean, inviting and the greeting welcoming. In time we were introduced to Tom Betterson, the General Manager, by the salesperson, Tom took notes on our wish list and offered to search the market beyond their inventory. Eventually we did buy a used BMW. We had some questions and concerns after the sale. Tom he took a personal interest in the situation and fairly solved any issue quickly. They earned the sale and the rating. More

Perfect buying experience I was not rushed ever. When my salesman was out, the others jumped in to help. They worked great as a team. I had previously purchased at a "large" I was not rushed ever. When my salesman was out, the others jumped in to help. They worked great as a team. I had previously purchased at a "large" dealership and was not impressed. I was impressed with Winslow. I will never go back to the "large and long" dealership. Also, Winslow's "dealer and handling fee" (dealer markup) was about 1/3 that of the "large and long" dealership!!! I thought they did a nice job and will definitely recommend them and look to them should I buy another car (hopefully not for a few years). More
