AFTER the sale he spent 1 hour and 30 minutes going over EVERY feature and how to program the car. Awesome! The last time I bought a Mercedes the sales guy said thank you and was gone!! The staff at Winslow BMW were extremly helpful and friendly. A welcome change from the high pressure sales of most dealers. I was able to have Bob Evans locate the car that my wife and I wanted. The Winslow dealership has a great website for searching their inventory. Bob Evans had posted a terrific video clip of the particular car that I was interested in which helped me decide to go look at it. their inventory. Bob did a great job explaining the car and taking me for an instructive test drive. I found that dealing with him and Steve Simmons on reaching an agreed upon price was easy and direct and the arrangement of financing through BMW Finance was great. Overall great experience and in the first couple of weeks of owning it, they have been great about covering some warranty issues. So far service is very competent and friendly. More
