Technology has changed a lot over five years so there are new things to learn yet it's nice having that familiar-feel also. The Tucson has every feature you can imagine or need. It's extremely comfortable and roomy. But it's about the safest vehicle on the road. Two thumbs up from me. More

That late Saturday Night purchasing a Velostar showed that his staff was and It is absolutely apparent that Dick Withnell takes time with his staff. That late Saturday Night purchasing a Velostar showed that his staff was and is committed to high standards of customer service. They did not give us a bum's rush at the late hour, instead they acted like we were the first customer of the day and made sure that they completed all the transactions, so that I could drive home my new Velostar that night. Even though we kept saying we felt bad that it was so late, and we offered several times to come back in the morning. They said, it was not a problem, don't worry about it, and they wanted to make sure that I could drive home the Velostar that night. (Of course, I did want to drive it home that night too!). Can't say enough about the customer service, friendliness, and professionalism. The ads I watch on TV are true, Dick Withnell does promote great customer service. Thank you for a great experience.
