That is a key to my satisfaction- they make you feel like you are visiting friends, not going to a business. The work was so precise, I had only three more pages to read to finish my book. Transmission issue under warranty. Immediate service and very helpful. Mechanic did a quick check and determined the problem. Parts were ordered the same day and vehicle was scheduled within 2 days. I was thinking I needed 30,000 mile service but Roxie Davidson checked and I had already had it done so all I needed was an oil change. I have been a few times in the last 6 months without an appointment for small issues (new battery for fob and problem with computer part, etc).
