We were treated very well. We have been dealing with Witt Ford for a few years, they even service my daughters car, not a ford, with the same compassion. They are truly a pleasure to deal with. I bought a new car, we were there 2 1/2 hours when I picked it up, it was actually fun. They took care of every possible problem. Even minor ones.... I feel as if we even got a fair deal! Witt Peninsula Ford Lincoln has exceeded my expectations on more than one occasion. They are very responsive with my inquiries and have always treated me fairly at every level in the dealership. Service was poor- took our vehicle here for a problem and after 2 times, still not fixed and dealer not willing to compromise. The only compromise the dealer would give us was "we will be happy to fix the ve after 2 times, still not fixed and dealer not willing to compromise. The only compromise the dealer would give us was "we will be happy to fix the vehicle if you are willing to pay for services." consider it very poor service to ask a customer to continue paying time and time again, because they can't seem to fix the problem. Attempted to speak with service manager who was very rude and uncooperative. Will never take our vehicle here again. More
