Excellent service! We drove over 115 miles to meet with Barry, whom we spoke with on the phone the day prior. We were interested in possibly purchasing a Lincoln Navigat We drove over 115 miles to meet with Barry, whom we spoke with on the phone the day prior. When we arrived, after our two hour drive, Barry offered us water or coffee, actually cappuccino (which was delicious, thank you). Barry was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made the process quick and easy--same with Cathy. Between the two of them, they really made our experience pleasant. Amazing Service I went to Witt Lincoln for a second opinion on a sensor issue with my Lincoln MKZ and the service team went above and beyond to diagnose the problem a I went to Witt Lincoln for a second opinion on a sensor issue with my Lincoln MKZ and the service team went above and beyond to diagnose the problem and fix by saving me over $800 which was what the other Lincoln dealer quoted me. Libia understood my concerns and she is very knowledgeable of Lincoln’s. The mechanic, which I forget his name, explained the issue in detail and took action to ensure that it was fixed properly. This was my 4th visit and can’t think of going anywhere else. I live over 90 miles away and it was so worth the trip to them so they can fix the problem. Last year, Libia also saved me over $200 on an A/C issue I had. Thank you again for all that you do Witt! More

I have purchased many cars over the past four decades, this was the easily the most relaxed and confident I have ever been during this process. I reached out to them expressing my needs in a pre-owned vehicle, and soon after recieved the call that a pretty much perfect ,custom, fit was on the lot awaiting my test drive. Literally 2 minutes into the test drive I knew she was going to be mine. Todd and his team made me a deal far better than I even had hoped for, and just over 1000 miles into my Summer road trip, I am still beaming about my new ride! I love Lincolns...I will definitley return to Witt when it is time to trade this one in on another! More

John offered us a great deal and promised to have the car ready the next day, July 4th! So, on Independence Day, we worked with Barry and Cathy to finalize the deal. We also met Mr. Winn who treated us to a lunch. Everyone was kind and concerned with our being comfortable with the entire experience. This was by far our best new car buying experience. More
