Wittrock Motor Company responded

We apologize for the experience you had with us regarding your wheel alignment. As discussed, only minor adjustments were made by a experienced technician. We explained the right castor was slightly out of spec but it could not be adjusted without replacing the alignment bolt; something we needed your approval for. It was agreed that you would make the decision on replacing the alignment bolt after driving it again to see if the other adjustments improved it. The alignment was not improved to your satisfaction so we refunded your money for the work performed. We welcome the opportunity to discuss this further to resolve this.
