I was very satisfied with my experience at Wolf Motors. After test driving the vehicle I found online, I was not interested. However, Jordan listened to me and found a vehicle I wasn’t aware of that fit After test driving the vehicle I found online, I was not interested. The Sales Manager Tim was helpful in meeting me at a price I was comfortable with and also worked with the finance department to get me a better interest rate than I expected. Only disappointment, was that the vehicle wasn’t washed or tank filled when I was handed the keys. Out of all the cars I’ve bought in my life from dealerships that was a first. From the moment we put our interest in on the website we had nothing but great service. We started talking with Luke and he answered some of our questions and helped setup our appointment with Jordan. When had nothing but great service. He answered all our questions before going to look at cars. Then when we were ready he brought us out and went over every detail and answered every question we had. He was never pushy and we didnt feel rushed at all. Once our mind was made up we went inside to start the process of getting our new SUV. He was patient and so kind the whole time. We finished working with Jeff in fiance and he was amazing as well. He talked us through everything and worked hard on our behalf to make sure we could go home with the SUV. Overall this was an amazing experience and we will forsure be back someday again when we are ready for a new upgrade. More
