Such a joke over there Over the past couple of years since I bought my daughter her car at your dealership it’s been nothing more than a joke. If she didn’t get half price o Over the past couple of years since I bought my daughter her car at your dealership it’s been nothing more than a joke. If she didn’t get half price oil changes there I ceartainly would not be allowing her to continue getting her car serviced there. Last weekend was just another debacle that is your service dept. even with past discussions to who knows who from the dealership/service dept. After promising to have her car done that Saturday and telling her she would get a call to come pick her car up Saturday evening, she never got the call. She then had to come up there only to be told she can come back Monday morn at 8:30 and get her car. Well for someone who works 8-4 M thru F that doesn’t work. Hence getting work done on a Saturday. Luckily someone from the sales dept was able to figure something out. Just know once we are done with this car, we won’t be back. Online reviews are gonna do y’all in. Especially ones like this. More

So helpful! The accord told me it was time to change the oil, so I brought it in but forgot to ask them to install new windshield wipers.
