Windshield replacement All staff were friendly and worked hard to get my service completed. The only complaint I have is that you do not have loaner cars to be used during All staff were friendly and worked hard to get my service completed. The only complaint I have is that you do not have loaner cars to be used during my service. I understand if it was to be a short waiting time but my windshield repair was 4 hours and ended up taking all day with my arrival time at 0700. I have no complaints about my service but I wasted a whole day off unable to run my errands or take car of my business because I had no car to drive. I used the shuttle home and back at the end of the day,and John was very friendly. I have had other car brands and was always able to use a loaner when service was taking more than a few hours. This was frustrating and extremely inconvenient. You would think that a service costing over $1000 would have a loaner car to be used while you could not drive your own car. More

Great Service Wolfchase Honda had a huge line for the Saturday service department, but they were very friendly and the service actually went pretty quick.
