Professional Service is still alive! I have shared conversations with several people and experienced very poor service in restaurants, retail stores and various other customer related bus I have shared conversations with several people and experienced very poor service in restaurants, retail stores and various other customer related businesses. I thought "customer service" was no more than an afterthought. Well I was wrong when I had my first experience with Wolfchase Honda. The service personnel were very professional and genuinely love their jobs. Its hard to fail at something that you love doing. Nothing but accolades and the prototype of what customer service should be. Great job guys!!! More

Getting better and better I had a standard checkup and oil change appointment that I chose to wait on. My service rep was Jeff Scola. He was, as always, beyond tremendous. He found other issues that were under warranty and got them fixed quickly. I only had to wait roughly 30 minutes for all work to be complete which exceeded my expectations. I will always come back as long as this is the norm. Jeff is the best. More
