When you pull into the service bay, an associate is there to greet you, and ask you what you are in for. Then, the paperwork is completed in minutes and you're able to wait in their waiting room. The car was ready in no time, and the service man, Mario Rossi, couldn't have been nicer. He also indicated that if I needed my car checked out prior to a long road trip, they could do that for me!
