Horrible sales experience. They stood me up for an hour just to say that their website inventory for that vehicle is not up to date and sold it already. The salesman, Joe Wilde They stood me up for an hour just to say that their website inventory for that vehicle is not up to date and sold it already. The salesman, Joe Wilder, asked me if I'm willing to see the numbers for available similar vehicle. When I was ok with that, he went back, took almost an hour just to get the MSRP, and trade-in numbers from another location. By this time, my patience really ran out. I checked in on 03/14 at 11:30 AM. and left around 1:45 PM. (More than 2 hrs) without looking or riding one. Edit after owner's response: To be precise on what your team told you. I have requested a $2000 off over add-ins and a $4000 over on the 2023 model trade-in value. They gave me a $25000 trade-in value for 23 santa Fe Hybrid sel, and I requested $29000. My frustration here is that your team did take hours to give me a quote and show less interest when I started negotiating. Second Edit after the call from Sales Manager - Josh Milzarek: He asked for feedback, and I politely talked to him on the phone with my sales experience. Initially, he started with saying they had shown me the vehicle, which I requested. No, they did not. I have a conversation with the customer service that I would only visit the facility if they have one in the current lot. Then, He mentions now that he added a transportation fee of $1500 to $2000 for getting another vehicle from another location. Also found out to be, he admits that he insited Joe Wilder to skip on me straight away just because I negotiated $6000. I have no clue what's the whole point of calling me and asking for feedback here. I would suggest that whoever buy their vehicle at this dealership should please check all the markup numbers beyond MSRP. More
Wolfchase Hyundai made a number of mistakes writing my lease in July of 2023 such that Hyundai refused to accept it. It took a month of calls to Hyundai and Wolfchase to get an updated lease printed (t lease in July of 2023 such that Hyundai refused to accept it. It took a month of calls to Hyundai and Wolfchase to get an updated lease printed (two, actually -- Hyundai accepted the third version ). Wolfchase was (eventually) pretty eager to get things fixed because Hyundai hadn't paid them for the car yet. By the time Wolfchase gets the title application to the tax office, it's two months overude. They've also miscalculated the tax, meaning I overpaid Wolfchase. I contacted them to ask for my money back and for them to pay the tax penalty resulting from their delays, but now that Hyundai has paid them, suddenly they don't respond. In their defense, I am an out of state customer and they don't often write leases for us. In my defense, I brought this up prior to doing business with them, but they evidently belong to the 'say whatever it takes to get the customer into the store' school and so their assurances that they knew what they were doing resulted in months of delays and hundreds of dollars between penalties and overpayments, neither of which they've assumed any responsibility for. Hyundai makes some great cars. Maybe one day their dealerships will catch up. More

Just rec'd email from dealership that said since it was not in writing that they owe me another key fob for the 2020 Telluride I bought there, I would not be receiving it. So when the sales person tells y not in writing that they owe me another key fob for the 2020 Telluride I bought there, I would not be receiving it. So when the sales person tells you he will get one for you, as you are buying the car don't believe it. Also here is additional COMPLAINTS: charged me for detailing the car, it had pine sap all over, black scuff mark on the inside. Took me 3 weeks of calling, emailing to Sales Mgr. Tony Innaco. I got $300 even though the dealership charged me more. Sales rep Brandon Evan would not return my calls...AFTER the sale when I started having problems. The car had a plugged tire in the back passenger side, they refused to acknowledge. Finally they charged me approx. $2,400 (and left the bill in the glove compartment) for a tire repair (well it wasn't for the plugged tired. I had given a review to the sales rep. Brandon Evans right after the sale, was a great review (if I only knew!) Asked them to take it down twice, they said it would take a month. I feel I was taken for a ride on this car, disrespected and ignored ! ! ! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM, horrible treatment. More

Unprofessional. Where is your professional courtesy? My husband and I have been good customers since 2013, and we love Hyundai vehicles. In 2017, we leased a G90 and purchased a tire and wheel package from Wolfchase Hyundai to cover repairs at the end of the lease. In early May 2017, we left the car in the shop for replacement of an undercarriage and wheel burns, the latter covered by a third party (TP ) who works out of Wolfchase. I left a handwritten note for the TP to call for authorization, as required, by the wheel contract and a check for $150.00 payable to Jeremy. Jeremy texted me and said he called Polysteel (Polysteel denies this). Since June 19, I have asked him for reimbursement but received none. I was with Tony in person on June 20, text June 25, text Jul 3, text Jul 9, text Jul 28 and get nothing but the same excuse.....I'm checking on it. I want my reimbursement and I want it now! Polysteel denied my claim and I'm left without proper reimbursement. Every customer deserves professional courtesy. More
