WAS NOT TOLD IMPORTANT INFO !!! I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR INSPECTION. I WAS CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO BE TOLD THAT IT DID NOT PASS INSPECTION AND IT WOULD COST AROUND $800 TO HAVE FIXED. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR INSPECTION. I WAS CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO BE TOLD THAT IT DID NOT PASS INSPECTION AND IT WOULD COST AROUND $800 TO HAVE FIXED. I SAID OK, DO THE WORK. WHEN I TOLD MY HUSBAND ABOUT THIS, HE SAID, YOU HAVE A WARRANTY, SEE IF ANYTHING IS COVERED THAT THEY ARE FIXING. I CALLED YOU OFFICE, AND I WAS TOLD YES IT WAS COVERED !!!!! WHY WAS THIS NOT TOLD TO ME WHEN I GOT A CALL FROM YOUR OFFICE. I BOUGHT THE CAR OFF OF YOU AND THE WARRANTY, AND YOU PEOPLE WERE NOT AWARE THAT $600 OF WORK WAS NOT COVERED???? I WAS ALSO NOT TOLD BY YOUR OFFICE THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO A RENTAL CAR WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING FIXED FOR THREE DAYS. I HAD TO BRING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION !!!!!! I WENT A WHOLE DAY WITHOUT A RENTAL CAR THAT I COULD HAVE HAD ONE. YOUR COMPANY IS NOT GOOD AT ALL ABOUT LETTING THEIR CUSTOMERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO. I DEFINITELY WANT A RESPONSE BACK FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
