Excellent service I went to the dealership after work on a day that was drizzling outside. I continued over to look at the vehicles I wanted to look at. mIke came right out the door and walked over to me to ask if I had any questions. He was helpful and quick to get answers. I told him what I was looking for and we went inside to see what was in stock. I had looked online so I was pretty sure they had the car I wanted. Mike looked at what they had and sure enough there was my car. We walked out to look at it and take a test drive in in. We went back into the office and I made an offer on the car, I did my research so I knew what I wanted already. I had my loan approved already so it was just a matter of getting the check and picking up the car. I took the check in on Friday during my lunch and went back after work to pick up the car. Of course then I had the problem of having 2 cars and only 1 driver to take them home. I left my jeep at the dealership over night and went back the next morning and MIke drove the Prius to my house and I drove the jeep home. I took MIke back to the dealership and they answered any questions I had about the car. I have had the car for just under a week and love. I would recommend the dealership and especially MIke to anyone looking for a new car. He made my Toyota buying experience a painless process and gave excellent customer service. More

He quoted me a price and when I signed the papers, the amount on the bottom line had not changed. No games played at all.
