All of the staff was so kind and helpful. I am not sure of all their names but Colton, Jack, and Henry were very personable. There were also two other staff members who’s names I did not catc I am not sure of all their names but Colton, Jack, and Henry were very personable. While driving from Atlanta to Omaha we had a front end breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed breakdown and had to be towed to Wood Nissan. We arrived there about 2:00 PM. Due to the time we arrived they were not sure they could get it fixed that afternoon; however, the extra lengths that Service Advisor Jack Spence and technician Donnie went thru to diagnose what was needed and find a part at that late time, they got us back on then road. Awesome customer service!!! Highly recommend. More
Riley Stark is part of the reason people don't trust car sales people. Full of BS and pretending to be a friend, but clearly doesn't care about the customer.
