Recall light covers: There was a recall on my vehicle, and had to wait for parts. I was told as soon as they came in Woods Nissan would call. At Woods, they DO keep their word. Yesterday I got a call and was told that the parts are in, and the job would take 2-3 hours. I went in today, and was given a loaner to run some errands. I returned a little over an hour later, and my car was finished!! No “additional charges”, no attitude since they weren’t paid for it, transaction complete, excellent service! I do go to Woods for other services on my vehicle. Fast, efficient, and with a smile! Love my Nissan, and drive extra miles to go to Woods Nissan! They are the BEST! More
