This dealership does not value their customers time. Phone calls to the service department go unanswered. Dropping of a car for service took 45 minutes due to only having 1 service associate working. The service was great! I did not have an appointment, but i was worked in and service was completed in a very timely manner. Friendly and courteous. Was told that my car would be done on 3 different days and that was not the case for a 2 hr job per the book. They had the part on hand for 4 days before the job was completed. The real reason is because it was warranty work and they cut the warranty work hours in the shop. I was also told that a porter would deliver my car back to me if I was unable to to come and get it, they do not have porters to deliver vehicles after I asked for that option. Also was told they would get me a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to plan for a ride to get my car, when I showed up they didn't have any loaner vehicles for me. Along with all of this I was told multiple times I would get a call back from my service manager, this never happened and I always had to call back the following day to get the same answer or I would be left on hold for 45 minutes before I finally hung up and made the drive to see what the status was. While I was waiting to talk with my service manager several others walked in behind me and were having the same experience. More
I am always pleased with the service here. The advisors are friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to pay for services that I don’t want or necessarily need.
