Jamie, I don’t see any reason to discuss. I came to dealership to have service done and promised to receive a call in a few days when part (Radiator) would arrive. I was willing to pay for part prior to confirm my intentions. Never got the call. I was also early for an oil change which I allowed to be done. The truck is new to me and was looking forward to utilizing a reputable service to maintain for the duration. All of my vehicles are maintained at dealerships. It’s where I trust the work to be monitored and complete to my expectations. Your establishment failed right from the get go. I’ve moved on.

ONE month to schedule a appointment for a recall it took a while just to get the service writer to do the paper work to drop off the car. 2 days later the car was done when i asked about the reapair on the door locks I was given miss information he said they changed the R/S door lock when they changed all four. It also took a while for me to sign out the car its not a speedy process like it was when it was Bell Ford. When i got into my car the floor mats were dirty and the inside of the car smelled of grease! I checked the paper work when i got home and seen a complimentay multi point inspection, the only thing that was filled out a report of a scratch on the left rear bumper, it wasnt there before because i just waxed the car before i droppe it off nothing else was filled out on that inspection sheet. 2 days to do the recalls and got my car back with a sratch on it I also noticed at the service center a woman smoking a eletric cigarette blowing smoke all over the place how rude!
