I have been a customer with Fette for over 30 years; in that time, I have purchased or leased 10 vehicles from Fette. Sales staff was always good but have had several issues with the service department over the years. Just leased another Explorer from Fette. The salesman was new and was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. However, my bigger complaint is that after waiting at least 1 hour and 15 minutes for the SUV to be "cleaned", upon getting the SUV home I noticed: 1. There was water/glass cleaner spots all over the inside of the front windshield. It appears that the windshield was sprayed but never wiped. 2. The windshield washer fluid was almost empty. 3. All 4 tires were very overinflated; should have been set at 33 psi, were 47 psi. 4. The carpet was not vacuumed under the floor mats. 5. There was glue residue on two windows from the information stickers. Don't know why it took so long for such an outcome.

Worst dealer service and parts department ever!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. Previously waited almost an hour to check on a part at the parts desk. Also just went there for a flat tire, waited 2 hours to be told the tire can not repaired, which was obvious by the damage and included picture. After being without a vehicle for 3 days, and checking every day, being told they were waiting for claim approval, I found out that claim was never submitted by Bob and the dealership!!! This was confirmed by the Ford tire care team. What sort of a company would lie to their customers face daily and leave them without a vehicle? If I hadn’t pushed the issue I would guess I would be waiting at least a week given that I only learned the truth on a Friday evening. Do not trust this dealership, whether it is Fullerton or Performance.

Worst service experience I’ve ever had. The maintenance prices are ridiculously expensive even after paying for a warranty, which honestly feels pointless at this point. What made the experience even worse was the assistant manager, José Colon. Instead of trying to help or find a solution, his attitude was basically “it is what it is, if you don’t like it don’t come back.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I genuinely cannot understand how someone with that attitude is in a management position. Customer service should be about helping people, not dismissing them when there’s an issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

After a $1,600 repair failing to fix the same initial whining noise, they bribed me with a loaner car (after keeping car 2wks) and a "promise to make it right" only if I gave them a 5-star Ford survey rating first. Total scam artists. They performed major work without my authorization and lied to my face about the $999 credit Ford Corporate sent them. No one explained or informed what is my bill how much will warranty cover, how much will be out of pocket. When I asked for a bill explanation, the manager yelled, cursed, and told me to walk home (50 miles) after taking the loaner back. After over $6,400 in total payments, my car STILL has the same issue, and they won't even sit in the car to verify their "work".

Amazing and reliable dealership. Andy has always been our favorite salesman because he is honest and wants his customers to be happy with their purchase. This year we purchased our daughter's new Ford Escape, financed our return lease Ford Explorer and leased a new Ford Explorer ST. We are a very satisfied Ford family and appreciate how easy it is to do business with this dealership. Everyone there is courteous, professional and really care about their clients.

I don't know where to start with this!! This has to be the most dreaded ford dealership in the state from there salesman to the cruel and arrogate billing people at the service widow. They will try to steal your hard earned money that u work for at every turn. I give fare warning to all I am just trying to save the good people from there sham that they can call a business. Beware of these people I hope by reading this u will make a better choice.
