My Car has been in service for OVER 4 months. I had one issue and after I was told it was fixed now after 4 months there’s 3 more issues, when I was told it was going to be fixed this week. Wish I could give no star. Terribly rude customer service. I was told cat in the lot over phone but when I reached there the car was in the body shop. On top of it the sales person was extremely rude. The car was advertised as a superior trim but carfax showed a different lower trim model and the sales person started arguing and was extremely rude. If I could give a negative rating, I would. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They will scam you! They're only concerned about reaching their quotas and sneak in sneaky charges in your invoice for a FREAKI FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They will scam you! It's been over a month they screwed up my contract, and are now telling me they can refund me but there's nothing that can be done with the monthly payments that they over-charged me for! My purchase price was determined 3 YEARS AGO!! Why is every transaction which this dealership so painful?! They give you the runaround, phone operators consistently ignore your calls because they don't know what the right answer is or how to handle customer service situations. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN!! More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I wanted to look at a Ford Explorer Platinum that showed on their website. I contacted them and asked that they check to make sure it was available because I'm more than 1 1/2 hours aw Platinum that showed on their website. I contacted them and asked that they check to make sure it was available because I'm more than 1 1/2 hours away. They said it was there and I made an appointment. Upon arrival, they showed me a different vehicle that I had no interest in. I asked to see the one I went there about, and they responded "Oh, we sold that one days ago". More than a 3 hour round trip after checking to make sure it was there only to be told it wasn't there for days. Bridge tolls, turnpike tolls, all wasted These people are absolutely incompetent. More

Terrible Experience! They advertise a price for a used car, and when you get there they layered on 2 additional fees. One is for them to inspect/prepare the car for sale (almost $4,000), and another ($2, car, and when you get there they layered on 2 additional fees. One is for them to inspect/prepare the car for sale (almost $4,000), and another ($2,000) for what they called a warranty. They said they were mandatory. Eventually the manager was willing to remove the warranty but said the $4,000 for the inspection was mandatory. Then why not put it in the price of the car? Its a typical shyster move. We came prepared to pay the price advertised plus registration fees, documentation fees and taxes. We left completely disenchanted with the company and process. I'll never go back there again. More
