4 months ago I leased a 2023 ford at this dealer, the customer service is the worst I've ever had, I've been waiting for them to give me the license plates for 3 months, the registration expired and the customer service is the worst I've ever had, I've been waiting for them to give me the license plates for 3 months, the registration expired and the temporary license plates also for 3 months, I've called about 8 times and they only tell me that they're going to resolve it and they'll call me and they never do, don't buy from this dealer, they're the worst dealership, and I am still waiting his call More
I was given a TrueCar offer online from Allstate for a specific Ford Maverick that Woodbridge Ford had in transit. I was led to believe they would honor it. I made the 2 hour drive in rush hour traffic specific Ford Maverick that Woodbridge Ford had in transit. I was led to believe they would honor it. I made the 2 hour drive in rush hour traffic to put a deposit on it, only to be told “we can’t honor that price because you might turn around and sell it for a profit tomorrow, so we’ll have to add a few thousand to that price to keep you from doing that”. One problem with dishonest people is that they assume everyone is as dishonest as them. Basically they said “to prevent you from possibly taking advantage of the system, we will first”. I just wanted an affordable small truck, which is why Ford created the Maverick, and I would have kept it 10+ years. By the dealership adding a few thousand bucks, it takes it out affordable range for me. If your dealership has a partnership with TrueCar, then honor that! I would stay away from this deceptive and greedy dealership. I feel sorry for any of the low level sales people that might be honest. More
Service department is horrible and very unprofessional. Recently gone for Service. Early for a oil change since I had a leak near front end. Was told that I needed a radiator as soon as possible. Fine with getting done right away. I was told that it would need to be ordered and a call will follow in about 2 days. Writing this over a week later, no call. Not a place to rely on. Moving on to next dealership. More
ONE month to schedule a appointment for a recall it took a while just to get the service writer to do the paper work to drop off the car. 2 days later the car was done when i asked about the reapair on the a while just to get the service writer to do the paper work to drop off the car. 2 days later the car was done when i asked about the reapair on the door locks I was given miss information he said they changed the R/S door lock when they changed all four. It also took a while for me to sign out the car its not a speedy process like it was when it was Bell Ford. When i got into my car the floor mats were dirty and the inside of the car smelled of grease! I checked the paper work when i got home and seen a complimentay multi point inspection, the only thing that was filled out a report of a scratch on the left rear bumper, it wasnt there before because i just waxed the car before i droppe it off nothing else was filled out on that inspection sheet. 2 days to do the recalls and got my car back with a sratch on it I also noticed at the service center a woman smoking a eletric cigarette blowing smoke all over the place how rude! More
