With the Mustang, I was very particular about the trim, package, and col I've purchased two cars with David - a 2018 Mustang GT and 2019 Ford Edge. With the Mustang, I was very particular about the trim, package, and color, and David was able to search and get me exactly what I wanted. During the Edge purchase, I also considered the Escape and Explorer and David was extremely helpful providing insights based on other clients' experiences and was great in giving me pros and cons with his objective opinion. David listened to my needs and did a great job of finding the car that I would be happy in, rather than push for a quick sale or more expensive model than what I needed. He also followed up several times after the sale just to check in and see how I was enjoying the car - which I extremely appreciate. The dealership itself is clean, has a comfortable waiting area, and always a friendly staff that recognized me as a repeat purchaser. In both purchases, pricing was extremely competitive and better than other dealers in a 50 mile radius, and Finance was extremely efficient. My experiences overall have been pleasant and I have never walked away without a smile. This dealership is a caliber above the rest. More
