HORRIBLE SERVICE NOW We leased this truck in 2013 and after our lease ended decided to finance it because we loved it BUT thank GOD we bought the EXTRA warranty to cover t We leased this truck in 2013 and after our lease ended decided to finance it because we loved it BUT thank GOD we bought the EXTRA warranty to cover the 5 year finance because the SUSPENSION on this model has been HORRIBLE!!!! it has been repaired over 3 times and as I write this is sitting at Bell Ford in Colonia since Thursday! We have been without a car since then and no one can give me an answer if i can even get a loner or rental car! we have to borrow family members car to get to work! this is NOT how you treat loyal customers!!!! Also, i don't know what happened to Bell Ford but NOW they have horrible customer service and don't have enough staff to assist us! Jilian is no longer there and she was the Best at helping us out! SMH More

Chris My car buying experience was actually pleasant. Both my sales employee Chris and the manager Paul worked with me to the best of their abilities. Chris worked hard on getting my the most trade in value of my car and transferring over a balance on my trade in. He and another manager Toni started with a number that was not doable for me. They worked and worked until they got the final number...the one that sealed the deal. Seeing them work as hard as they did showed me this was a dealer that truly cared about their customers, they weren't focused on making a sale or the commission that came from it. They were focused on getting me a car I loved at a price that worked. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Unreliable Very disappointed. I have had my vehicle less than 3 years and have had nothing but major problems. Service does not honor their appointments even t Very disappointed. Service does not honor their appointments even though it was made 2 months in advance and I received an email confirmation. I was basically told I was a liar because I could not recall the names of the people I spoke with in the service department. If you want a new reliable vehicle, where the transmission does not have to be replaced within the first year(or have several recalls), Bell Ford is not the place for you. They can not accommodate you when the major issues that compromise your safety are still under warranty! More
