The process was streamlined; quick simple and flawlessly well. Got the car I wanted and a few extra features. Was offered the opportunity to look into another model in the beginning, when i turned it down i felt no pressure. To the consultants credit i later looked into the model he offered and should have considered was similar and came equipped with all the features i wanted stock, for only a little more. I would have been well off with both. In what can be a stressful high stakes situation, i had a fantastic experience and satisfied with the dealer, dealership, and vehicle. kudos on the full tank of gas!!! More

Happy Customer. My wife and I needed to buy a larger car to cart around our in-laws that were coming in a few days. We have a four-month-old baby, and this makes car buying especially problematic. We have to work around her schedule, and who knows when she's going to start a screaming-fest.... parents, you know what I'm talking about. Anyways, we found the car that we wanted on the Bell Ford website. We called to inquire. We were immediately replied to by Tony. I explained to the dealer that we wanted the car, we wanted to pick it up as soon as feasible, and we didn't want to wait around with a crying baby. Roy was our sales person. He immediately knew what we wanted and he took care of us. Top line service! We got the car that we wanted, at the price that they advertised, and a great deal of good old fashion customer service. I will certainly buy from them again, and I encourage you to trust them with your car buying experience. More
