This year I was in the market for another new vehicle but I wanted to test drive a few other makes and models. Every dealership that I visited made me feel like a customer and left me feeling very cold (the vehicles weren't that impressive either). I kept thinking about the warmth that John and the Bell Ford staff made me feel so I decided to test drive the Escape. The minute that I pulled into the lot I was greeted and felt like I was home. Not to mention that I feel in love with the Escape before I even took it for a drive. Thank You John and Bell Ford! :-) More
