Horrible service I have bought 3 Fords, two at Bell Ford and I will never go there again. approximately 4 years ago we bought a brand new Ford Explorer. After a few mo I have bought 3 Fords, two at Bell Ford and I will never go there again. approximately 4 years ago we bought a brand new Ford Explorer. After a few months the door ajar alarm would go off randomly, even though all the doors were shut. We took it back, they told us the contacts or sensors needed to be cleaned, no big deal. It took a couple of minutes. A few months later it happened again. Bell had the same response, they cleaned something. this went on for a couple of years. So we took it back for what we thought was going to be the same routine but the warranty had since expired. So we bring it in thinking they would say it just needs to be cleaned again. However this time they inform us that the door assembly needs to be replaced and it will cost $600-$700!!!! How convenient they made this determination after the warranty had expired. So we were very upset and we said don't bother fixing it we will just live with it. They then said we couldn't have the car until we paid the diagnosis fee of $150!!!!!! )I couldn't believe that this is the way they treat a good customer. Please save yourself some headaches and go somewhere else! More

Just leased a Ford Explorer sport From the front door I was immediately greeted by Mike Cappuccio who went above and beyond to help me get my dream truck which is the Ford Explorer spo From the front door I was immediately greeted by Mike Cappuccio who went above and beyond to help me get my dream truck which is the Ford Explorer sport. Mike took the time to explain every detail about the truck and it’s festures and also helped me get the best deal since this was my first lease on my own! He treated me like one of his daughters and I am extremely grateful for all his hard work. The day I came to pick up my truck Mike sat with me and made sure I was fully comfortable and aware of the features in the car for example the hands free lift gate ( my favorite feature) along with the stereo and syncing my phone. Parminder (Paul) Singh the business director was also professional with explaining all the paperwork that needed to be signed and so forth. Everyone working in the dealership was always ready and available to assist with any questions and very personable. Excellent Customer Service Bell Ford Wowed! Me. From the moment going on-line their service person Barry called me right away. The original car I wanted was sold. He asked me Bell Ford Wowed! Me. From the moment going on-line their service person Barry called me right away. The original car I wanted was sold. He asked me to visit and see another pre-certification they had. I had my heart set on an other car. He was not pushey but asked to visit and see another car. Once I arrived Michael Cappuccino was there to help me. He first listened to my needs and then showed me a Ford Focus 2015. We went on the test drive and I liked the car. He was was excellent in his Customer Service skills. He was not pushed but guided me to my needs. The finance person Paul was excellent and very quick. He explained everything clearly. The experience was out of this world. I have visited other places but Bell got my business for being so caring and attentive to my needs in getting my car. Buying a car is a big investment and they did the performance a Real Estate Agent. I give Bell Ford 10 Stars for excellent in all aspects in selling their cars.
