I've been in love wi So just the other day, Monday June 2nd 2014, I paid a visit to Bell Ford to explore the possibility of owning a new Ford Mustang. I've been in love with this car since it was completely redesigned for the 2011 model year. Upon arriving at the dealership I was promptly greeted by Jorge Moreno and I told him of my interest in the new Mustang. He showed me around to a few gorgeous examples in the showroom, a tad out of my price range, but the fact that he considered me (A 25 year old single young man) a potential buyer for those top of the line vehicles made me feel for once like I wasn't being judged or belittled. I told Jorge what I was looking to spend and he introduced me to my new 2014 Ruby Red Metallic Mustang V6 Premium w/sport package. This car is everything I wanted and even more than I could have hoped for, from the fully loaded options to the color combination. The only thing better than this car, is the DEAL that the guys at Bell Ford made in order to put me in it. When Jorge and I sat down to negotiate the sale, I let him know that my credit wasn't exactly top notch, I didn't have much money to put down, I owed a little on my trade in and I honestly didn't think It was possible to make a deal at that time (so many factors counting against me). He told me to stay positive, and shortly after he put an offer together for me that was generous to say the least. They deeply discounted the price of the car, offered me good money for my trade in which more than paid the balance of my old loan, and even got me financed through Ford Credit not some fly by night finance company like the ones I've dealt with in the past. I didn't even have to haggle with them, they just simply did right by me from the get go and my expectations are completely blown away. Thank you Jorge Moreno, and everyone at Bell Ford for such a great experience and this awesome new car!!!!! More

Great new car buying experience We'd done a bit of research and shopped for a used truck first, but didn't find good value for the money. Bell Ford is a local dealership, and we visited them for convenience but also because the initial contact we'd had from Denise White via email was professional and inviting. David Edon greeted us Saturday morning, when we arrived to look at their inventory. He brought us inside to meet Denise and within just a few minutes of speaking with us about our needs they suggested we look at the F-150's (we had been considering a used Ranger and knew that we'd also like to test drive a new F-150). Finding the right vehicle was easy - we appreciated that! We also really enjoyed the experience. David moved the process along swiftly and painlessly (parting with hard earned cash is never easy, and David helped ease some of the anxiety with his easy personality and good humor - he also got on the phone with our insurance company to make certain we received all possible credits there). Bell ford is 2/2 on terrible service A little background info- We purchased a 2012 mustang and a 2012 ford escape within a year of this incident. So one my my manual transmission grinded into 3rd gear at high rpms. After the 5th time I decided to bring it in to where we had good service (from the purchase of the mustang atleast). Well they called back and told me I do not know how to drive and I beat on the car. We changed the fluid but that is it. Well, when I got the one rep told me to get a ford racing pro cal tune. Question- how is an electrical device going to change a fully mechanical action? Exactly. I ended up bringing it to Downs Ford and wow they replaced 3rd AND 5th gear. It took them a while but hey they worked with me! A CEL came up with them and it was a very small evap leak. They took it in and diagnosed it as the capless fuel system. Well it came back a few weeks later. So instead of doing 110 miles round trip I will try out Bell again. Well they returned my car and the invoice said. Cleared code and no reappearance. Possible cause is aftermarket intake. EVAP deals with the fuel system and vapors not the intake. What a sorry excuse. Now, on the plus side if you want to go in and talk they are all nice More
1. Came in for oil change around 10:30 am on 2/8 Saturday. I was offered 50,000 service package bu Mr. Schwatrz that could be done at same time. I said ok. Was asked to go to waiting area. I asked Saturday. I was offered 50,000 service package bu Mr. Schwatrz that could be done at same time. I said ok. Was asked to go to waiting area. I asked him isn't there anything I have to sign? He said no. 2. I went to showroom floor and watched TV and read. When I was told car was ready, I was given a $545.49 bill. ($289.64 in labor and $220.16 in parts). I gasped and the girl behind counter asked if I was ok. I said. What is this?! Mr. Schwartz said it was the 50,000 service. I said, I never got an estimate. If I had I would have waited to get it done. 3. He said, oh I forgot, I always give an estimate but because I checked to see if it could be done, I forgot. 4. I said this is not fair. I came in for a $40 oil change now owe you half a grand?!? This is NO way to do business. 5. He apologized then proceeded to go over what what done. 6. I cut him short, gave him my credit card and said, stop talking. He said, I'm sorry, please let me give you a discount. 7. I said I don't want a discount, I want to pay and get out of here. 8. He offered his card with a note for a free service. I said I don't want your card, I just want my car. 9. I also said, I am not complaining to get something for free, I am angry because what you did was NOT RIGHT. I have a copy of the Pre-Invoice that does not have my signature on it as proof of lack of authorization for the estimated hundreds of dollars of work. I can understand that Mr. Schwartz may have forgotten to give me an estimate on his own. But I did ask him if I needed to sign something before I went to the showroom floor, and he said no. HE SAID NO....after I asked him. It was not until I asked him to stop talking and let me pay that he offered to give me a discount. It was not until I refused the discount that he offered his business card with a scribbled free service on it. It came across as insincere and only as if he was only trying to pay me to stop complaining. He did not look me in the eye and say, "I apologize for how this service call was managed, and for not acknowledging that the service should not have proceeded without your written awareness of the estimated cost." He also did not say, "I should have recognized that your question about having to sign something was a flag to me that you have never received the written estimate that you are required to sign before any work can be done on your vehicle. So, here I am. A customer for over 8 years, a purchaser of a Ford truck 7 years ago (then we moved to Indiana). I returned to the area, in September, and I have used your service twice in the past 5 months. We WERE looking to your dealership to trade in our truck and get another car. More
