My experience at BellFord was very satisfactory. I was dreading buying a new car because of all the hassle and my perception on how salesmen are. He was extremely accommodating and friendly. Mr. Moreno was helpful and attentive through out the entire process. He made sure to explain everything in the car to me before I drove away without going overboard. I am more then thrilled with the purchase of my new 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback and I owe it all to Jorge Moreno. As a side note, my dad cant stop talking about our experience either. While waiting for our papers to be processed he went over to the vending machines to get something to eat. When he was trying to decide, a salesman we didn't even know came over and bought him his food and offered to get him a soda. He was thrilled and cannot stop talking about it. This was my first car purchase in eleven years, so you can imagine the technical upgrades since then. He had all the answers for all that I asked. He got me a deal the was very satisfactory to me.
