If you’re looking to make a deal that is bad for you and good for the dealer, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but completely unwilling to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle purchase. good for the dealer, this is the place for you! The staff was friendly, but completely unwilling to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle purchase. The deal also took hours for them to refuse to do anything while I repeat what I am asking for multiple times. On top of all of that, the new car had hail damage but they weren’t going to budge on price because they were going to “fix” it. Full MSRP for a damaged car they received insurance money on? Yeah….. We ended up going out of state to another Chevy dealer to purchase the same model but with slightly more options for an even better price than what we were trying to get woodhouse to do! Saved us over $3K by walking out that door. Don’t let woodhouse pressure you into a bad deal. There’s plenty of Chevy dealers around and inventory everywhere. The negotiation on the purchase we did make at the other dealer was such a better experience compared to Woodhouse! I would not recommend attempting to buy a car from Woodhouse unless money is of no concern to you. More
