I had a very bad experience with the Chevy Dealer in Lincoln, NE. I went to Woodhouse on a recommendation from a friend. I did my research on prices, interest rates, trade-in value, etc. I presented the salesman with a clear picture of what I wanted. There was very little negotiating. After we agreed on the numbers, I was escorted back to the finance department. I had the pleasure of working with their Department Manager, Rod. Rod was very friendly and answered all of our questions. After the test drive, I was in and out in less than two hours! The Chevy Dealer in Lincoln kept me on the lot for nearly 8 hours! Coming from such a nightmare scenario in Lincoln to the folks at Woodhouse was a treat. I will buy my next vehicle in Blair, NE! More
I went to woodhouse in Omaha and bought a truck grant u in was an 05 f-150 the motor started to make a noise.Was told thats normal.I know better with 25yrs building motors.Just yesturday brought it back fo in was an 05 f-150 the motor started to make a noise.Was told thats normal.I know better with 25yrs building motors.Just yesturday brought it back for a rapping noise was told it had champion spark plugs in it.And they shouldn't be there.Told the tech thats how it came.He said he can't find anything wrong with it.So I get it delieverd back to me at work and I go outside on lunch break and see a puddle of oil under the truck.All I want is for them to buy it back and give me back my 52ford pick up back.They sold my other trade whatever.Atleast my 52 would start up and get me around it my rattle but it's suppossed to.I have gone from really loveing the new truck to now I can stand to even look at it.Some fathers day gift this has turned out to be.From my fiance she went there and put it all in her name for me tryin to do something for her man who works 7days aweek approx 18hrs a day.I will never ever buy a newer vehical again. We went to buy a truck from Woodhouse. WE have heard good things about this place, since it is the biggest ford dealership in the United States. WORST PLACE TO EVER BUY A VEHICLE!!!! The truck was a very goo things about this place, since it is the biggest ford dealership in the United States. WORST PLACE TO EVER BUY A VEHICLE!!!! The truck was a very good price, and very low miles. We asked the salesman if he could guarantee us that there were no major scratches or dents on the truck, he assured us that there were only two minor scratches on the passengar side. WE were okay with that, since I do body work for a living. The truck gets delivered on a Friday afternoon, as I was looking at the passengar side, the two doors were completely repainted (very bad paint job), they didn't even take off the necessary parts, such as the door handle! You could see runs of paint on the doors. They literally took a paint brush to touch up around the door handles! I don't understand how they have the guts to send a 2008 F150 to a body shop!!! The truck didn't even have a xxxx spare tire underneath!!! And they really sucked at cleaning the inside of the truck out! Overall the worst experience we have ever had with a dealership! More

I have never dealt with a dealership that was as helpful and friendly. They have always treated me with respect. That is important as I am a female and many dealers do not think that I know anything. After purchasing a new vehicle from them that was constantly in the shop (7 of 8 fuel injectors had to be replaced, some more than once, replace emergency brake system, replace leaf springs, stranded constantly in the shop (7 of 8 fuel injectors had to be replaced, some more than once, replace emergency brake system, replace leaf springs, stranded when transfer case exploded - to name a few things), we asked them to buy it back. After repeated contacts initiated by us, they said Ford had come to the table with "Ford Cash" to be used towards the purchase of a new vehicle. In addition, they would give us the the price they paid for the vehicle of our choice. We decided on a vehicle and they shot us a price. We shopped the price around and found other dealers that would meet/beat it (meaning they weren't selling it to us at their price). When we told Woodhouse that we found other dealers that would beat their price, they told us we were ungrateful and never to do business with them again. Since then, we have found out that the offer of Ford Cash was made up by Woodhouse, Ford hadn't even been made aware of all the problems we were having. In the last two months, we've started hearing dozens of horror stories about Woodhouse. The most scary ones (and there have been more than one) is where people pick out a specific vehicle with certain options, and then when they sign the paperwork, they pull a switcheroo with a lesser vehicle. When you complain, you will be escorted out of the building. More

Looked and compared trucks for 2 months, got a better deal here than anywhere we had visited, or any internet offer we had received. Great people to do business with. Sales people are very courtious and helpful, not pushy and arrogant like a lot of dealers. We will buy here again, and highly recommend that everyone at least give them a chance, I think you'll be glad you did!!!!!!!!!! More
