We first became aware of Atchley back in 1987 when I was first transferred here with the Air Force. We were looking for a used car for our daughter to drive to high school. Of all the places we looked at the time, Atchley was the best experience. When we purchased that car you would have thought we just bought a brand new car. That's how well we were treated. Coming back to Atchley for this buying experience was even better. My wife spent more time at the dealership since I was working. Once we made the decision to buy and my wife had completed her portion of the paperwork then Judd called me and I finished what I could with him over the phone and online. After work we came back and completed the rest. We know Judd was due to get off work but he stayed until we were done. Great salesman. Great experience. I was in the market for a Ford F-150. After being so turned off my another local dealer, I decided I still wanted my first Ford F-150 but was not going to deal with a sales associate. I looked at all de turned off my another local dealer, I decided I still wanted my first Ford F-150 but was not going to deal with a sales associate. I looked at all dealer stock in Omaha, CB, Des Moines, Sioux City and KC. I was willing to drive to save. I emailed dealers in all cities mentioned...and Judd had the best deal by 2 thousand dollars. I went to the dealership, met Judd, he showed me the truck and I came back and picked it up a few days after. Judd's no pressure approach was just what I was looking for. I do not know if this is always his approach or he picked up on my anger from the other dealership. Anyway, he knew I did not want to be be hauled into an office to meet his manager. And, this never happened! Judd has there to answer all my questions after the sale and I would recommend this dealership and sales associate to my family and friends! More

Herman was very friendly and courteous. I had talked with him on the phone and set up an appointment to drive a specific vehicle. Upon arrival he came and introduced himself, we (myself, my daughter an with him on the phone and set up an appointment to drive a specific vehicle. Upon arrival he came and introduced himself, we (myself, my daughter and my son)introduced ourselves and went on to look at and test drive the vehicle. Herman was aware that I planned to test drive several other vehicles at different dealerships. He did not attempt to talk me out of this and did not attempt to downgrade any other vehicle that I was going to test drive which I appreciated very much! We test drove the vehicle and expressed our likes to him and told him we were going to go test drive the other vehicles. Ultimately we came back to purchase the Ford Edge and Herman came back out to greet us remember all of our names. Herman then assisted in the pricing of the vehicle, the trade-in and all paperwork. From the initial conversation with Mr. Kolm his customer service was outstanding. Everything he promised me he was able to follow through with.
