Well here we are 2 years after our first purchase and we are now excited to announce thansk to Dean... we are leasing 2 new Fords!! I've experienced that at some other dealerships in the area. Herman was working with another customer at the time of my appointment, however he met with me for a few minutes to let me know. He introduced his sales partner Kenny, who turned out to be very awesome to deal with. I liked that everyone seemed to be very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Judd the finance guy was very funny, offered great explanations of terms and benefits. I left the dealership with a new vehicle. More

Sean has a wealth of knowledge about cars/trucks and was able to explain the features, benefits and safety ratings. Knowing that we were also looking at Toyota, he was respectful and subjectively compared the specifics between the Tundra and Ford F150. We left Atchley feeling good about our new truck! Shout out to Judd also! Nothing worse than sitting in the finance office.... but I survived the ordeal because Judd kept the transaction completely transparent. Much appreciated! More

Nick and Judd are the nicest guys. Nick was so eager to get my Sync set up for me so I wouldn't have to mess with it and he wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Even if Atchley didn't have the awesome deals they have right now, I'd still stick with them because of the service I receive when taking the vehicles in for maintenance. More

I went into the dealership on a lark, fully planning to leave without making a purchase. As a female, I expected to be treated as a "sucker" and was extremely pleased to find the opposite. Dennis Collins immediately put me at ease and assured me that I would be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I had a definite price point that I wanted to meet for the certified pre-owned 2013 Taurus I was looking at, and Dennis and Judd Gulizia worked together to get me to where I needed to be. When a small oversight changed that price point, Dennis did not hesitate to admit that they would be unable to get me into that car, but asked if I would be interested in any other cars they had to offer. His straightforward attitude and honesty was refreshing and unexpected to say the least!! I and my husband had actually conferred and agreed that we could actually meet the price point anyway, and I was thrilled to see how pleased Dennis was when I told him this. He is a very genuine person who is an asset to your dealership! When it came time to sign papers for the financing, we were amazed when Steve in finance was able to get us gap coverage and the extended warranty that we wanted for just a small amount more than the original agreement! I feel that these 3 individuals went above and beyond to earn a sale and that they truly were invested in making us happy and bringing us back again. I will be recommending Atchley Ford to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a new or quality used vehicle. Thanks Atchley, from a very happy customer!! :) More

I really had been putting off getting a much needed vehicle because of all the hassles involved. He looked for cars that matched my description (which was REALLY picky - I knew everything I wanted down to the pitch of the honk!) and recruited another a manager Judd to help us find the perfect car and a great deal. And we found it! I am now the proud owner of a 2007 Pontiac Vibe. It drives great, the warranty is fantastic, and overall we just got a /great vibe/ from this place. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED. Friendly without being overbearing, knowledgeable without feeling like a users' manual, quick work and a pleasant atmosphere. Even the mechanics in back were really helpful and friendly, and I didn't even need anything done! This was the best place I could have possibly gone to buy my car. More
